Purchasing the funds

Check your eligibility. Rally Total Impact Fund and Rally Global Equities Impact Fund are available only to those who qualify as accredited, such as individuals with certain incomes or assets, individuals who have discretionary portfolio managers, or institutional investors. If you are unsure whether you qualify, speak to your advisor.

If you are accredited you can buy the funds:

a. Through your investment advisor or dealer. Our funds are available on the fundserv platform. Talk to your advisor about making the purchase. Your advisor will need to:

  1. Complete a subscription agreement
  2. Input the purchase order on fundserv

b. Through us, if you don’t have an advisor or dealer. We can facilitate purchases through our Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) license. You will need to:

  1. Complete a digital KYC (‘know your client’) questionnaire
  2. Have a KYC follow-up call with one of our dealing representatives
  3. Complete a subscription agreement
  4. Wire your funds to our trust account

 c. Through us, if you are a discretionary portfolio manager but don’t have access to fundserv. We can facilitate purchases through our EMD  license. You will need to:

  1.  Complete a subscription agreement on behalf of your client
  2. Wire your funds to our trust account
