Rally Assets is an impact investment management firm. Impact investing is all we do and all we’ve ever done.

We help investors generate positive social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. We create impact funds and other portfolios to enable foundations, other institutional investors, family offices and individual accredited investors to invest in alignment with their values. Through Realize Capital Partners, we’re a fund-of-funds manager for the Government of Canada’s Social Finance Fund.

We’re a Portfolio Manager and Exempt Market Dealer registered in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec with the respective provincial securities commissions.

We’re a certified B Corporation. Certified B Corporations meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

We’re proud to be a certified B Corporation, meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. We chose to certify not long after our start as a firm, securing certification in 2012. We are strongly aligned with the B Corp philosophy of using business as a force for good. For us, the B Corp assessment provides external validation that we are living our values and delivering on our commitments to our stakeholders in an authentic way.

History

Formed not long after the term ‘impact investing’ was coined, we’ve been dedicated to impact investing from the start, playing a pivotal role in first developing, then growing and more lately refining and maturing the impact investing sector in Canada. We have done this through broad sector engagement and education alongside client-specific products and services that enhance investor knowledge and capability.

• 2010: Purpose Capital is formed, providing impact investing advisory and consulting services
• 2018: Purpose Capital rebrands to Rally Assets
• 2019: Rally Assets is granted registration as a Portfolio Manager by the Ontario Securities Commission
• 2020: Launch of our two funds, Rally Total Impact Fund (RTIF) (multi-asset class) and Rally Global Equities Impact Fund (RGEIF)
• 2023: Realize Capital Partners is named as a fund-of-funds manager for the Social Finance Fund
• 2024: Choosing to focus all our efforts on our growing group of asset management clients, we stop offering stand-alone non-investment related advisory services. We announce that Millani has become a Rally-Certified Advisory Partner
