Rally Assets is an impact investment management firm. Impact investing is all we do and all we’ve ever done.

We help investors generate positive social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. We create impact funds and other portfolios to enable foundations, other institutional investors, family offices and individual accredited investors to invest in alignment with their values. Through Realize Capital Partners, Rally Assets is a fund-of-funds manager for the Government of Canada’s Social Finance Fund.

Rally Assets is registered as a portfolio manager and exempt market dealer in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec with the respective provincial securities commissions.

History

Rally Assets has played a pivotal role in the impact investing sector in Canada from the start, first developing, then growing, and now refining and maturing the industry. We’ve done this through broad sector engagement and education,  alongside client-specific products and services that enhance investor knowledge and capabilities.

• 2010: Purpose Capital is formed, providing impact investing advisory and consulting services
• 2012: B Corporation certification is secured
• 2018: Purpose Capital rebrands to Rally Assets
• 2019: Rally Assets is granted registration as a Portfolio Manager by the Ontario Securities Commission
• 2020: Launch of Rally Total Impact Fund (RTIF) (multi-asset class) and Rally Global Equities Impact Fund (RGEIF)
• 2023: Realize Capital Partners is named as a fund-of-funds manager for the Social Finance Fund
• 2024: Rally Assets no longer offers stand-alone, non-investment-related advisory services and focuses on the growing group of asset management clients.  Millani becomes a Rally-Certified Advisory Partner
